Terms of Service - Driver

1. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box below and clicking "Confirm", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Independent Contractor Status

You will provide services as an independent contractor (self-employed driver), with no employment relationship with the OnApp platform.

3. Driver Obligations

• Maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and roadworthy vehicle at all times;
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations;
• Treat passengers with respect and professionalism;
• Never accept rides while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Use the app only for authorized purposes;
• Maintain acceptable acceptance rate and rating levels.

4. Payments & Fees

The platform will deduct a service fee from each ride (percentage shown in the app). Earnings will be paid out weekly.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, without prior notice, subject to app rules and policies.
